Following the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei resulting from the criminal attacks carried out by the United States of America and the Zionist regime on his residence on the morning of Saturday 28th February 2026 a condolence book was opened at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Bandar Seri Begawan

Following the martyrdom of the Supreme Leader of the Islamic Revolution, Ayatollah Sayyed Ali Khamenei (may his noble soul be sanctified), resulting from the criminal attacks carried out by the United States of America and the Zionist regime on his residence on the morning of Saturday 28th February 2026, the 10th day of the blessed month of Ramadan, a condolence book was opened at the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Bandar Seri Begawan. The condolence book was opened on Thursday, March 5, and will remain open on Friday, March 6, from 10:00am to 12:00pm and from 2:00pm to 4:00pm. Senior officials of Brunei Darussalam, members of the public, heads of diplomatic corps in the country attended the Embassy to sign the condolence book and express their sympathies. His Excellency Dato Seri Setia Awang Haji Ahmaddin bin Haji Abdul Rahman, Minister of Home Affairs of Brunei Darussalam, signed the condolence book on behalf of the Government of Brunei Darussalam. During the occasion, His Excellency Mohammad Taghi Rajabi, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Iran to Brunei Darussalam, met with the Minister of Home Affairs and explained about the recent development in the region and also expressed his appreciation to the Government of Brunei Darussalam for condemning the attacks against the Islamic Republic of Iran and for its expression of solidarity during this difficult time.
